Delivery Process at Begkaso
We ensure a secure, transparent, and step-by-step delivery process so you can purchase vehicles with complete confidence.
1. Order Confirmation & Vehicle Inspection
Once you confirm your order, we conduct a physical inspection to verify the vehicle meets all listed specifications and quality standards.
2. Inspection Report & Proforma Invoice
You receive a detailed inspection report along with a proforma invoice for review and approval.
3. Shipping Mode Confirmation
You choose your preferred shipping method — Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo) or Container Shipping, depending on your port and preferences.
4. Initial Payment
A minimum 70% payment is required before we proceed with auction bidding or shipping arrangements.
5. Optional: Participate in the Auction
If you'd like, you can join the live auction process online and be part of the vehicle selection.
6. Successful Bid & Documentation
Once the bid is won, we begin preparing export paperwork and proceed with the shipping process.
7. Shipping Arrangements
The vehicle is handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners, and we’ll share the schedule with you.
8. Final Invoice & Balance Payment
After shipping is confirmed, we issue the final invoice for the remaining balance.
9. Document Dispatch & Delivery
Once full payment is received, we send you all original documents required for clearing the vehicle at your destination port.
